OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — Chick-fil-a says fast can still be keto-conscious.
They have taken the "new year, new you" saying to heart and are trying out on of the hottest diet trends, the keto diet.
Chick-fil-a is covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with foods with 10 or fewer net grams of carbohydrates and those filled with protein power.
Some of the offers for breakfast include the Egg White Grill (1g net carbs, without English muffin) to the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit (2g net carbs, without the biscuit) or the Hash Brown Scramble with no hashbrowns.
For lunch options range from the Grilled Chicken Sandwich (without bun, 3g net carbs), to the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich (without bun, 3g net carbs), to Grilled Nuggets (eight count, 2g net carbs), and the Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken (10g net carbs).
You can still have dressing and sauces with your meals. Many of the dressings are 1-3 net carbs.
