Kimrey Wednesday court appearance continued
JACKSONVILLE, Onslow County —
The man charged with first-degree murder and felony child abuse in the death of 3-year-old Mariah Woods was slated to be in court Wednesday morning, but his appearance was continued.
Earl Kimrey was scheduled to appear at 9:30 a.m. before Judge Louis Foy Jr. in Onslow County District Court according to court records. He will not appear in court again until February 26, 2018.
Kimrey was charged with first degree murder after Mariah Woods' autopsy revealed she died from chloroform toxicity.
