If you ever thought about moving to Ayden, this might be your "dream" opportunity.

A redesigned home will be raffled off by The One For All Foundation at a cost of $275,000. Also part of the raffle was $125,000 in other prizes.

The proceeds will be used to fund grants to several state dental clinics that provide free oral health care and education for disadvantaged children. It will also be used to fund a scholarship at the East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine for underprivileged students who want to study dental medicine.

“Pediatric dental disease is the most prevalent chronic disease affecting children in America today,” said Joseph Stancil, Executive Director of the One For All Foundation, in a press release. “The One for All Foundation was founded to make it possible for disadvantaged youth to receive the education and dental care they need to significantly reduce the impact that tooth decay has on not only their oral and systemic health, but their self esteem.”

The home is a three-bedroom, two-bath location features new electrical, plumbing, kitchen, HVAC system, windows, doors, flooring and roof. It also has a master bedroom, walk-in closet, pergola with a fire pit, a 1.5 car garage and a utility building.

Raffle tickets start at $100 and can be purchased online by clicking here. The raffle is Feb. 28, 2019, which is also the last day of National Child Dental Health Month.
