FOUND: Beaufort County Sheriff's Office seeking runaway/endangered juvenile

The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office has found the 17-year-old runaway/endangered juvenile.

The following statement was released on Wednesday, June 20:

On June 19, 2018 Hailey Cherry was located by the Greenville Police Department. When Cherry ran away, she was on house arrest with electronic monitoring for several pending felony charges in Beaufort County. Cherry was charged with Interfering with an Electronic Monitoring Device. She is currently being held in the Beaufort County Detention Center on a $20,000.00 secured bond.

The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help locating a runaway/endangered juvenile.

Haley Lydell Cherry, 17, was last seen at her home on Cherry Run Road in Washington at 10 p.m. June 9. She is 5-foot-7 and about 120 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes. It was unknown what she was wearing when she left, her mode of travel or where she may have gone.
