The jury in the trial of former Marine charged with murder in 2012 was declared a mistrial when the jury couldn't come to a verdict.

The jury continued deliberations Monday in the trial of James Williamson, who was accused of driving the getaway car and conspiring in the killing of Kim Flournoy. It happened in the parking lot of the TNT Beach Bingo in Jacksonville in December 2012.

Another man, Larry Forrest, pleaded guilty to second degree murder and was sentenced to 35 years in prison in an earlier trial.

Prosecutors said Flournoy was shot and killed during an attempted robbery. The jury went into deliberations Friday afternoon but didn't reach a verdict. The mistrial was decided Monday afternoon.
