Man arrested for second-degree burglary, felony conspiracy after traffic stop
PITT COUNTY, N.C. —
A local man was arrested for second-degree burglary and felony conspiracy after a Pitt County traffic stop.
Officials said the stop was conducted by investigators assigned to the Pitt County Sheriff's Office Street Crimes Unit just before 6:00 p.m. on Old River Road last Wednesday, June 6.
Clarence Dwayne Reid, 42, was found in the vehicle. Officials said he was served warrants for second degree burglary, felony conspiracy and probation violations.
Reid is being held at the Pitt County Detention Center under a $200,000 secured bond.
