--Another Nor'easter hits the northern Mid-Atlantic states the middle of this week, keeping rain in the forecast across Eastern North Carolina into the middle of the workweek.

-- Monday night into early Tuesday morning we could see strong to severe thunderstorms.

--There's a marginal risk for severe weather overnight into Tuesday morning for southern Craven and Onslow counties as well as all of Carteret county.

--Theres a slight and marginal risk for severe weather starting Tuesday morning lasting through the day.

--Main threats will be damaging winds and hail. Tornado threat is low but NOT zero.

--Tuesday night into Wednesday the rain returns.

--Wednesday night into early Thursday morning we could see a rain/snow mix. At this point nothing that would accumulate.

--Sunshine but below normal temperatures return for the end of the week.
