Governor orders flags lowered to honor NC military man killed in Afghanistan
RALEIGH - Gov. Roy Cooper has ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff to recognize the member of the military from North Carolina who was killed in action.
Cpl. Dillon C. Baldridge was killed June 10 in Afghanistan. He was from Youngsville.
