Winston-Salem man arrested for fire in Columbia

COLUMBIA, Tyrrell County - A Winston-Salem man who was arrested in Kernersville has been charged with a fire in Columbia from September.

Dusty J. Lucks, 37, of Winston Salem was arrested and charged with unlawful burning of other buildings as a result of a fire that occurred at the old Enterprise Supply building located just west of Columbia on Sept. 11. Tyrrell County Sheriff Daryl Liverman said in a press release the building was totally destroyed as a result.

Lucks was arrested after being stopped by the Kernersville Police Deptment on Nov. 3 for other charges in Forsyth County. Lucks was placed in the Forsyth County Detention Center.
