Waffle House robbery suspect remains at large

GREENVILLE - Greenville Police are investigating a string of armed robberies -- all of them happening in the past two weeks.

On Monday, October 23, alone, two robberies happened. One of them occurred just before 9 p.m.

Officials confirm that an armed man entered a Waffle House on Greenville Boulevard. He robbed the restaurant of an undisclosed amount of cash, according to Kristen Hunter, the public information officer for the Greenville Police.

The suspect was said to be wearing a mask and dressed in dark clothing.
