Two men arrested in connection to several burglaries
HOLLY RIDGE, Onslow County - Two men are behind bars, accused of several burglaries.
On August 8, Holly Ridge Police responded to Holly Ridge Tire Pros and Elite Motors in reference to a burglary to the business and vehicles. They also responded to 2 residential burglaries in that same area. During the course of the investigation, 2 suspects were identified and a search warrant was executed on October 13.
Jack H. Harvey, age 21, and Daniel Skinner, age 17, were arrested. They were taken before a magistrate where they were charged with 4 counts felony breaking and/or entering, 4 counts injury to real property, 4 counts larceny after breaking and entering, felony conspiracy, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
They were transported to the Onslow County Detention Center and each given a $11,000 secured bond and they have a first appearance in court October 16, 2017.
