Tropical Storm Harvey Downgraded to Tropical Depression
NEW BERN, Craven county - The National Hurricane Center has downgraded Tropical Storm Harvey to a Tropical Depression.
Harvey is located just north of South America in the Caribbean Sea.
Harvey's pressure is at 1007 millibars and winds are at 35 miles per hour.
The Tropical Depression is expected to strengthen back to a Tropical Storm Sunday afternoon and will impact Central America next week.
Harvey does not pose a threat to our coast here in North Carolina.
