Structure fire in Greenville displaces five; GoFundMe page set up
GREENVILLE, Pitt County - A structure fire in Greenville shut down several streets for an extended period of time on Sunday.
The fire was at the 600 block of Elm St. It forced officials to shut down streets from Fifth Street to 10th Street.
Greenville Fire-Rescue got the call at 2:30 p.m. The fire was extinguished but five people were displaced. Greenville Fire-Rescue is investigating the cause of the fire.
