Missing Richlands man found
RICHLANDS, Onslow County —
Charles Jackson Daw Jr., 59, was found around 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8. He is said to be fine, per Richlands Chief of Police Ron Lindig.
A man reported to be missing out of Richlands could be off his medicine.
Charles Jackson Daw Jr., 59, is described as a white male, 5'3", 165 pounds, blue eyes and brown/gray partly bald hair. He has a little heart and cross tattoos on one of his arms.
He was last seen at 414 North Wilmington Street in Richlands at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7. He was wearing a "greenish" hoodie and blue jeans.
According to Daw's family, he has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and has been off his medicine.
