Jacksonville Police say missing woman found safe
JACKSONVILLE, Onslow County —
A missing Jacksonville woman has been found, officials said.
Hailey Greenstein, 21, was reported missing Monday afternoon. Monday night, just after 9 p.m., officials said Greenstein was located just after 8 p.m. She is now with her guardian.
Jacksonville Police are asking for the public's help locating a missing person.
Officials said Hailey Greenstein, 21, was reported missing and last seen Monday at approximately 2:30 p.m. in the area of Georgetown Road and Highway 17. She is described as a white female, 4-foot-8 and 100 pounds with brown curly hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing khakis and a turquoise shirt (“Volunteer” written on the back). She was also carrying a sweatshirt and a backpack.
Greenstein has diminished mental capacity and special medical needs.
