GPD investigating Monday night shooting
GREENVILLE, Pitt County - Greenville Police are investigating a shooting on the city's west side.
According to GPD, it happened just after 8 on Monday night at a home along the 100 block of Pearl Drive, near the intersection of Greenville Boulevard and Dickinson Avenue. One person was shot. He was transferred to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville with non-life threatening injuries.
Greenville PD spokesperson Kristen Hunter said the man shot was 50 years old.
