Car dealer facing gun charge

RALEIGH - A man with ownership ties to car dealerships in Farmville, Goldsboro, Kinston and Tarboro faces a misdemeanor gun charge. TSA agents at RDU Airport discovered the firearm in a carry-on bag when he went through security Sunday.

Doug Henry is due in court on November 9th. He has not responded to our request for comment. The Raleigh News and Observer reports TSA agents arrested him rather than giving him a citation because he did not have a concealed carry permit for the handgun.
