Stilley swerved at one of the patrol cars several times before hitting it on the passenger side while traveling at least 70 mph. After hitting the car, Stilley hit a second vehicle before losing control and crashing into a ditch.

Officials said over the past several weeks, investigators have made several controlled purchases of heroin from Stilley utilizing an undercover officer.
