38th inmate arrested for drug possession at Tyrrell Prison Work Farm
TYRRELL COUNTY, N.C. —
Another inmate has been arrested for drug possession at the Tyrrell Prison Work Farm, bringing the latest number of arrests up to 38.
Joshua D. Lowery, 29, was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance on prison/jail premises by officials with the Tyrrell County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday, May 15.
Pineda was found to be in possession of suboxene. He is the 38th inmate that has been arrested by the Sheriff's Office at the prison work farm since May 2017.
Officials said the investigation is ongoing.
