The Bills selected Jones after trading up with the Rams from No. 44. Jones was the top receiver remaining on the board and will reunite with Bills WRs coach Phil McGeoghan, who was his position coach at East Carolina last season. ESPN said the Bills needed another target alongside Sammy Watkins and got one.
