Appalachian State football player stabbed, hospitalized
BOONE (WSOC) - An Appalachian State University football player was stabbed early Wednesday morning during a fight in a parking lot in Boone, officials said.
Junior Teh'Ron Fuller, 21, was taken to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center after the stabbing at 219 Crossing Way.

The altercation started outside a local bar and involved multiple people, police said.
Fuller is an inside linebacker and is from Fort Myers, Florida, according to the university's website.
